Williamsburg Engagement Team Leaders coordinate with our community partners, share information about our community, and facilitate reflection with participants. WE Team Leaders explore how to lead their peers and enhance their skills in team dynamics and developing strong community collaborations. Returning WE participants may be considered for Team Leader positions.
