Full-time Faculty Appointment Form (FAF) [DocuSign]: use this FAF to initiate a letter of intent for TTE faculty, or contract for other full-time, specified term instructional or research faculty.
Adjunct/Summer Faculty Appointment Form (FAF) [DocuSign]: use this FAF to initiate a contract for any paid, part-time, non-tenure eligible instructional faculty for Fall, Spring, or Summer Terms. This FAF is also used for any full-time faculty or Graduate Student IOR who will teach an academic year (AY) overload or summer session course.
