May 1, 2025
The housing application opens for new students on the housing portal.
May 5, 2025
Residence Life begins emailing applicants with housing assignment information and will continue to evaluate applications as they are submitted.
August 11, 2025
Evans Apartments Move-In begins for the 2025-26 academic year.
Summer or Early Arrival
Graduate students seeking summer or early arrival must make those specific requests on the separate summer housing process.
Spring Semester Arrival
Graduate students seeking to start living on campus beginning in spring 2025 or spring 2026 will follow the new spring student process.
