New Spring Students (All)
We encourage you to live with us! Living in campus housing is the best way to connect to the W&M community. Students returning to campus for the spring semester only and new spring students are welcome to live on campus based on available space. Students who are required to live on campus are guaranteed on-campus housing. View our residence halls online to learn more about your potential housing preference options!
Timeline
November 1, 2024
The housing application opens on the housing portal.
January 7, 2025
Residence Life begins emailing applicants with housing assignment information and will continue to evaluate applications as they are submitted.
January 17, 2025
Spring 2025 Move-In begins. Move-in appointments are required for new residents. Graduate students whose program starts before January 17, 2025, should email [[myroom]] for assistance.
Early Arrivals
We will not be able to accommodate early arrivals. Individuals who must arrive early must make accommodation arrangements at their own cost. Learn more about special lodging rates available to the W&M community.
