- Successfully completed SCHEV and IPEDS whole year cycle of heavy data collections.
- Led and conducted many high profile data analytic reports, e.g., A&S Dean’s 10-year instructional workload project, A&S annual multiple diversity reports, university diversity dashboard, etc.
Business Intelligence
The Business Intelligence (BI) team has been continuously delivering new features like Qlik App Tracker as well as support of the Qlik Sense environment with two Qlik system upgrades.

- The first Qlik application using data sourced from the DegreeWorks.

Retirement of Discoverer
The Discoverer program has made significant progress with a final focus on Financial Reporting that will be completed next semester. A team approach has been taken to review target business reporting needs, identify gaps, specify report layout, reuse data models and extend as necessary, identify local reporting expertise and provide Qlik training and support.
