Fred Eversley exhibit and collection preview
The Muscarelle Museum of Art hosted a reception on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, for the Board of Visitors, the 50th Commemoration Committee and its three honorees — Lynn Briley, Karen Ely, and Janet Brown Strafer — and other special guests to preview artist Fred Eversley’s exhibition and the Muscarelle Museum’s holdings of African American art. The Committee wishes to thank the museum's staff, especially Director Aaron DeGroft, Chief Curator John Spike, and Head of Collections and Exhibitions, Melissa Parris.
