Draft a Faculty Posting
Search Liaisons are responsible for drafting postings.
Drafting of a posting may commence once PeopleAdmin initiates a notification of successful Classification & Compensation review. All drafts must be submitted to the Talent Acquisition Team prior to posting.

Please note: The university cannot require a DEI statement from applicants. With permission from the appropriate School/A&S Departments may:
- Enable an "optional" document upload within job postings, and request (not require), applicants to supply a diversity statement.
- State the following language within the job posting Special Application Instructions "Applicants are encouraged to reflect on their past experiences or plans to foster an inclusive and welcoming climate for learners/scholars in (discipline) and to convey this information within the overall application package.”

Returning Adjuncts
Returning adjuncts who previously underwent a competitive search within the same discipline and who remain active in Banner may be reappointed via a separate process. Please advance to the section on Adjunct Reappointments.
