Fraternity & Sorority Life: Who We Are
A community is comprised of many different components and ours is no different. Not only are we made up of about 1600 members belonging to approximately 30 chapters, but we are also a community with four governing councils (and executive boards), an honor organization, and staff. Here you can learn about all of the components that come together and make our community so special.
Interfraternity Council
The governing council for the 15 fraternities, most of which fall under the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC).
Multicultural Greek Council
The governing council for culturally based organizations that fall under National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO), National Asian Pacific Islander Desi American Panhellenic Association (NAPA) and the National Multicultural Greek Council (NMGC).
National Pan-Hellenic Council
The governing council for 5 of the 9 historically African American fraternities and sororities on campus (NPHC).
Panhellenic Council
The governing council for the 10 National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities.
Order of Omega
The national honor society within Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) who recognizes outstanding scholarship, service, and leadership within the community.
