Industrial Safety covers multiple disciplines across campus. Some areas include Fall Protection, Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding, Welding, and Confined Space to name a few. Program documents follow applicable OSHA requirements relating to the specific discipline. The EH&S Office inspects areas and makes recommendations with regards to deficiencies related to industrial safety issues. The EH&S Office also offers training or coordinates training through outside resources to ensure employees are informed with regards to utilizing installed safety systems.
