Non-Degree Seeking Concurrent High School Applicants
Current high school students may take classes at William & Mary for credit or they may audit classes. Most students choose to receive credit, as those classes may be transferrable to other colleges. The Registrar's Office maintains a list of scheduled courses.
Guidelines for Concurrent Students
- Students must have the support of their high school and apply to the Office of Undergraduate Admission by the established deadlines.
- Non-degree seeking students register after all degree-seeking students have registered (immediately before classes begin), therefore, enrollment in a particular class cannot be guaranteed.
- Admission as a concurrent student does not guarantee subsequent admission as a degree-seeking student.
- In order to be considered as an in-state resident for admission and tuition purposes, an applicant must complete the application to determine physical residency/in-state tuition found within the online application for evaluation by the Registrar’s Office.
Not a high school student? You can still apply as a non-degree seeking student with the University Registrar.
