Commander Jacob P. Galbreath Strategy Branch Chief, CCDCOE |
CDR Jacob Galbreath was born in Naples, Italy and was raised around the world. He commissioned in the United States Navy in September 2003 and has qualified as an officer in Submarine/Nuclear and Information Professional. Jake has conducted ten patrols with nearly two decades of operational experience in the U.S. SEVENTH Fleet Area of Operations (Far East Asia). He served at NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan headquartered in Kabul throughout 2011. Commander Galbreath reported to CCDCOE in October 2021 as the Strategy Branch Lead overseeing Cyberspace strategy and policy.
