What:

Undergraduate students unite for a virtual case challenge competition to best counter disinformation from a policy perspective across the NATO Alliance.
Each plan of action should consider NATO's existing capacity and consider what actions NATO should implement within the next 12 months.
Students will be guided by Mentors from diverse disciplines as they discuss and deliberate their proposed action plans together.
Judges evaluate the proposals and select one winning team from each stream for a total of nine winners, awarding each a cash prize.

Why:

We believe in students with creative perspectives on important issues and this is your chance to showcase that! Compete internationally to showcase your innovative capabilities. The challenge offers interdisciplinary cooperation among students and field-leading experts.
The student-hosted challenge, aimed at fostering interdisciplinary cooperation and showcasing innovative ideas, culminates in the publication of winning solutions by NATO’s Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence.

Who:

Teams of three to five undergrad students, representing a University from a NATO member or partner nation, are invited to compete in this challenge.
- Universities registering more than one team may be asked to combine into a larger group who will then compete against similar sized teams.
No prior knowledge or prerequisites required.
All fields of study are welcome to compete.
