COL Dobril Radoslavov has over 30 years of professional military career. His experience includes a peacekeeping mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina and multiple assignments with NATO and other international organizations. As National Liaison Representative to the NATO Command for Transformation, he co-founded the NATO Innovation Hub and facilitated the establishment of the NATO Crisis Management and Disaster Relief Center of Excellence.

COL Radoslavov is a distinguished graduate of the Bulgarian Military Academy. He has graduated from the US Army's Command and General Staff College and the National Defense University in Washington, D.C., where his recent thesis paper on countering cognitive information operations earned him an Honor Thesis Award. His civilian education includes an MBA from Old Dominion University.

Dobril currently serves at the Defense Policy and Planning Directorate of the Bulgarian MoD. He is native in the Bulgarian language, fluent in Spanish and English, and speaks Russian.
