Leadership is something that can be learned, by anyone! To help students learn important skills and approaches to leadership, as well as define and refine their own leadership style, we offer a wide range of workshops for individuals and leadership teams. Individuals can sign up for pre-scheduled workshops offered in the Leadership Lounge; individual participation is a great way for leaders to learn more about themselves. Leadership teams can also schedule workshops on request to help them learn more about each other and how to most effectively work as a team.

This workshop will help individuals better understand the various approaches to conflict, which approaches they utilize more frequently, and how to use each approach appropriately.
We all approach conflict differently, and if we can all understand where the other people on our team are coming from, conflict is more likely to be navigated in a constructive manner. This can also equip all members of the team with the various approaches to conflict.
