Leadership Lounge
Located on the second floor of the Sadler Center (within the Student Leadership Development office), the Leadership Lounge is a space dedicated to Leader Development and Organization Success. Here you can find different resources and experiences that will contribute to your growth as a leader and development as an organization. We encourage leadership teams to use this as an informal gathering space where you can meet and work on projects that advance the goals and objectives of the organization.

Work space for Student Organizations
Looking for a space to hold a brief or impromptu meeting of your organization leaders to check in with one another or to work on a project? The Leadership Lounge has tables and space for you to meet, as well as a HUGE dry erase board and a large computer screen to make working as a group easier. This space is "first come first serve" with the exception of when there are workshops and events scheduled.
Leadership Lounge Resources
There are a wide range of resources available to student organizations and leaders like books, magazines, “how to guides,” etc.
Leadership Lounge Events
Student leaders can participate in various events like workshops and trainings, opportunities to network with fellow leaders, discussions about important topics for organizations and leaders, etc. Check the Leadership Lounge events calendar on TribeLink to keep up to date on various opportunities
Student Organizations Consultants
These student leaders are available to help student organizations with any questions they may have about various topics like funding, event planning, goal setting, important resources for student organizations, and maximizing the use of TribeLink for organization operations. Student Organizations Consultants are also responsible for conducting Orientation Sessions with newly recognized student organizations. To schedule a consultation meeting, please submit a request form through TribeLink. You can also drop in during Student Organization Consultants Office Hours.
