William & Mary's annual observance of Dr. King's legacy kicks off the spring semester. The William & Mary chapter of the NAACP organizes a Candlelight Vigil and readings of Dr. King's words. Following the vigil and walk across campus, students and community members gather for an address by a guest speaker.
