Daisy Pomponio

Daisy Pomponio is a a senior at the College of William & Mary. She is a Kinesiology & Health Sciences major and is from the Northern Virginia area. She spent her junior year studying in Sevilla, Spain and encourages everyone to study abroad! In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors whether it be hiking the local trails, camping, or just playing with her dog, Luna.

Avery is a sophomore pursuing a degree in Public Policy. She is interested in learning about education in an urban setting. While in DC, she hopes to learn more about the education system and the impact that policy makers can have on public schools.

Ella McMullin

Ella McMullin is a senior at W&M majoring in Mathematics and Architectural Design. She is from Florida and is looking forward to exploring what D.C. has to offer. She worked as a civil engineering intern last summer, and is considering that as a future career. She is also on the club soccer gold team at W&M, and enjoys spending time on the Sunken Garden. When she is in Florida, Ella likes to watch her younger brother's baseball games and her younger sister's soccer games.

Anna is a sophomore studying Computer Science at William & Mary. She is involved in several campus organizations, including Alma Mater Productions, the Art Club, the Society for Women in Computing, and the W&M chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery. In her free time, Anna enjoys watching sports, creating art, and spending quality time with friends/family.

Harper Wagner

Harper is a sophomore studying Public Policy at William & Mary. She is from Williamsburg, Virginia. Harper is a counselor for Kesem at W&M, plays for W&M's Women's Ultimate Frisbee team, and is a member of Chi Omega. Harper was also a member of the 2023-2024 Courageous Leadership and Authentic Excellence Cohort. Off campus, Harper enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family!

Alexander Zaccardelli

Alexander Zaccardelli is a junior pursuing a B.A.Ed. in Elementary Education at William & Mary. He loves working with K-5 students, teaching academics and socio-emotional skills. Last summer, he enjoyed interning at Smith Mountain Lake Good Neighbors, a non-profit summer camp in Bedford and Franklin Counties in Virginia. He looks forward to returning this summer as the lead intern for the program. Currently, he works as a substitute teacher in Williamsburg James City County and is conducting his practicum at Clara Byrd Baker Elementary School. Looking to the future, he is eager to have and teach his own class of young learners as soon as possible.

Maya Chatterjee

Maya Chatterjee is a junior studying Neuroscience and Kinesiology at William and Mary. She is from Annandale, Virginia. In the summer of 2024, she interned as a medical scribe and research assistant at Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C. Maya is president of the Neuroscience Student Organization and a caregiver for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Outside of school, she enjoys being outdoors, trying new cafés and restaurants, and doing arts and crafts. She hopes to pursue a career in medicine.

Hannah Isabella Montalvo

Born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Hong Kong, Hannah is a Film & Media Studies and Marketing double major at William & Mary with a passion for every creative hobby there is. Her love of photography began with a family camcorder, and it has only expanded from there. If she’s not busy overbooking herself, you’ll find her picnicking in the sunken gardens, dancing at the rec, or playing volleyball in Adair. Last year, she worked as an intern at Volunteers of America, where she developed an interest in policy areas related to social services, housing, and community support. She has three cats (ask her about them!), two sisters, and one major addiction to retail therapy. She thinks it’s genetic. In her free time, Hannah enjoys bullet journalling, trying out new Fitwell classes, and going on matcha latte runs.

Coral Rankin

Coral is a junior from Falls Church, VA majoring in biology at W&M. She does research in the Allen lab on marine developmental ecology and interned at VIMS in the summer of 2024 researching seagrass restoration. Coral is on the women's club ultimate frisbee team, and she volunteers at the W&M greenhouse. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, biking, and knitting.

Aaron Chisholm

I am a junior pursuing a B.S. in Kinesiology at William & Mary. I am a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and work at the Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department during summer and winter breaks. I am a lead guitar player and song writer. I enjoy running and I plan to run the Richmond marathon. Growing up in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, I look forward to this unique opportunity to study in the Nation's Capital.

Sarah Ibrahim is a senior at William & Mary studying Kinesiology, with a strong commitment to supporting underrepresented communities. As a first-generation college student, she understands the challenges of navigating limited support systems in school, motivating her to empower students from underserved backgrounds. Through her involvement in various activities, Sarah aims to create inclusive environments where all students can thrive. Outside of her academics, she enjoys spending time with friends, embracing new opportunities and experiences, practicing photography, and meeting new people. Sarah believes that every interaction can lead to meaningful connections and growth.

Stella Domec

Stella is a senior from Durham, North Carolina. She is studying Sociology at William & Mary with a concentration in social problems, policy, and justice. She has previously interned for the Williamsburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority and was on the Education & Scholarship Committee for the Williamsburg First Baptist Church's Let Freedom Ring Foundation. On W&M's campus, Stella works at the Student Unions and Engagement office and is involved with the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity, an organization dedicated to doing community service around campus and for the greater Williamsburg community. She spent her fall 2024 semester studying abroad in the social sciences program at Mahidol University International College in Bangkok, Thailand.

Sydney is a senior studying history at William & Mary. She is interested in public policy, education, and American history. On campus, she is involved in the radio club, James Blair Historic Review, and research at the School of Education. In DC, she hopes to immerse herself in the world of American government while developing her knowledge of urban education policy.
