The Office of Compliance & Equity administers a number of training programs for William & Mary staff, students, and faculty. Conflict of Interest Act TrainingEmployees who are required to file an annual Statement of Economic Interest must also complete Conflict of Interest Act training every two years. Training is provided by the Virginia Conflict of Interest and Ethics Advisory Council at http://ethics.dls.virginia.gov/. New hires must complete the training within 60 days of their start date. Continuing employees are assigned the mandated training in December of odd years. |
