Italian Studies at William & Mary
Gain an understanding of Italian language and culture. Italian studies allows you to study Italian language at all levels with some courses taught in English. The courses cross interdisciplinary boundaries to examine sociological, cultural and historical topics that are both specific to Italy and resonate universally. You can explore current topics such as migration and multiculturalism. This minor can enhance your studies in art & art history, international relations, American studies, music and film & media studies. Italian Studies offers a minor, and options to combine our courses with an interdisciplinary major.
