ARE THERE ESPORTS RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES?
Yes! Esports is an interdisciplinary field and students are encouraged to pursue research as it intersects with their interests.

HOW CAN STUDENTS GET INVOLVED?
All currently enrolled W&M students may join the esports community on Discord. Current students interested in representing W&M by competing on a varsity team may apply online. See the W&M Esports homepage for the latest updates.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ESPORTS CLUB AND ESPORTS PROGRAM?
The Esports Club is a recognized student organization (RSO) under the Office of Student Leadership Development where students can casually share in their love of gaming. While the Esports Program is a fully-funded initiative under the Provost's Office where students represent William & Mary on the national esports stage. The two have a rich history of collaborating on boosting the gaming community across campus.
