Use the university's Care Concern form if you have a concern about a student (e.g.: multiple absences from class, signs of a student struggling, concerning behavior, etc.) that you would like to share with us.

Complaint/Report to the Office of Compliance & Equity

For anyone to report a compliance concern – a violation of law, regulation, or policy, including unethical conduct – arising out of conduct by a W&M employee, contractor, volunteer or student. A "catch-all" procedure designed to cover complaints for which no dedicated procedure is available. Complaints are assessed by W&M's Office of Compliance & Equity, which determines whether an actionable matter is presented and makes referrals as appropriate.
