Christine Hines

Christine Hines Vice President for Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and Automation, ManTech

Dr. Hines brings over 25 years experience in design and development of mission critical data analytics and artificial intelligence applications, technical leadership for defense systems, commercial software, and manufacturing automation. Her roles included Technical Lead at Leidos, Senior Principal Engineer at Engility, Senior Technical Director in the Advanced Systems Group at HPTi, Director of Technology at i2 Inc., Chief Architect of Global Command and Control Systems-Army (GCCS-A), and Director of Data Science and Navstar.

At Leidos, in her role as Technical Lead for a big data team on a mission-essential program within the intelligence community, she worked with the leadership team in expediting the security process in addition to guiding the architecture and providing general technical leadership. Before Leidos, she was the Director of Data Science for Navstar where she developed a scalable algorithm for geospatially co-locating entities of interest and led a team in productizing the algorithm. For the same customer she developed multiple predictive data analytics applications that led to improved decision making for the development, operation, and maintenance of a mission critical system.
