Colonel Ben Miller is a Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Executive Leader & Technical Expert. He has extensive experience leading high-impact organizations across multiple national security organizations and decades of experience in fielding strategic systems and developing advanced capabilities coupled with an unmatched ability to maximize the talents of diverse skill sets while remaining focused on tangible results within scope, schedule, and budget. Miller has more than 20 years of leadership in the CWMD arena, culminating as the Director, U.S. Army Nuclear & CWMD Agency (USANCA)
He has led hundreds of technologically advanced programs and conducted extensive work with the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, the National Security Council, Intelligence Community, and the National Nuclear Security Administration, the National Laboratory complex, academia, private industry, and international partners.
