Inclement Weather Policy

While we do our best to get games in, please understand that certain weather related cancellations may occur. These decisions are typically made on a game-by-game basis, though in some instances we may be forced to cancel games for the entire day or evening. If your game is cancelled, you will receive a message through IMLeagues and/or your team captain will get a phone call from an Intramural Sports Staff Member.

In the case of lightning while games are being played, play will be suspended and there will be a 30 minute waiting period between each lightning strike. During that time, participants are asked to seek shelter for safety, but are encouraged to stay in case the games are able to resume.
