You've got your passport and you're ready to explore!
As you engage with each of the 8 Dimensions, you may discover that some of them need more of your attention. There are many opportunities for you to discover the type of engagement that's right for you, that's wellness, your way. The options available on campus are intended to create a flourishing environment, for your student experience and beyond. If you're not sure where to start the options can be overwhelming. We get it, there's a lot to choose from!
But as you select how to spend your time, consider that wellness is conscious, self-directed and evolving, holistic and multidimensional, positive and affirming, and inclusive. It may look different from what you did in the past, or what you'll do in the future.
