The Haven currently offers in-person, virtual, or phone appointments. From the button below, you can select your appointment format, date, and time. Due to an increase in requests for appointments, we can not always accommodate requests for particular staff members.

Drop-in hours (no appointment necessary) are also available with The Haven Confidential Peer Advocates*

*Please note that during add/drop and exams, The Haven drop-in hours will vary to accommodate peer advocate schedules. Drop-in hours are not available during university closures, holidays, and breaks. During these times, please make an appointment using the link above.

Time-Sensitive Crisis

If The Haven is closed please contact Avalon Center at (757) 258-5051 for confidential 24/7 advocacy and support regarding sexual assault, dating abuse, or stalking.
