Priority Scheduling
Each semester we offer the opportunity for Recognized Student Organizations to reserve space in advance of the following semester. Priority scheduling of meetings/events occurs in late October for the spring semesters and March for the fall semesters.
What is the Recognized Student Organization Priority Scheduling?This is a time for Recognized Student Organizations to request space on campus in advance of the following semester. |

What type of space can I request?You can request space for weekly meetings, dances, lectures, outdoor activities, performances for any space reserved through our department (pdf) that you might need for your organization. |
When can I participate in Priority Scheduling?Priority scheduling will open 8:00am, Monday October 14 through 11:59pm, Sunday October 20. |
Where can I find the Space Request Forms?Space Request Forms are available online. For planning purposes, you can access our Space Request Forms to determine all the information needed for your submission(s). All requests must be submitted through the online link. *Link will be visible on October 14 at 8:00am.* |
Do I have to have a date for my program/meeting before participating in Priority Scheduling?Yes, the online form requires an event date, time, and location preference. You may also submit alternate dates, times, and locations. |
Can I turn in more than one event?Absolutely! You have until 11:59pm, Sunday, October 20, to submit any requests for your organization. Please note, each RSO will first be scheduled for one (1) major event and one (1) recurring meeting/practice/rehearsal. Please be sure to include your priority ranking for every request in the "Additional Information" section of the request form. After each group has been scheduled for one event and one recurring reservation, then additional requests will be scheduled based on submission/availability. |
When do I learn what space I have?Confirmations will be sent to the contact provided in the online form on December 16. Please remember this as you consider officer and/or organization transitions. |
What happens if I don't participate in Priority Scheduling?All requests submitted after this timeframe will be processed early-June. |
