Depth Over Breadth
Practicing Depth Over Breadth is an important part of the leadership journey. There is no magic number for the *right* amount of involvement. There is magic in not doing so much that you are always overwhelmed or in a state of frenzy. It is not about giving up things or only involving yourself at a minimal level. Instead, it is about picking the things that matter most to you and doing them with passion, purpose, and intent. Here are some ways that you can practice an approach that includes “Depth Over Breadth.” Be on the lookout for the Depth Over Breadth campaign in early fall!
