For the next four years, Williamsburg will be your home - with two of those years living on campus! It's a dynamic community — and that's in no small part due to our university and the highly intelligent, diverse group of students that reside on its campus and surrounding areas.
From residence hall life to apartment living to a wide variety of student-run extracurricular activities, there are so many reasons why you should be excited (and perhaps are feeling a little nervous) about arriving in Williamsburg. This section of the Tribe Guide will tell you what you need to know about living here, so you'll know what to expect.
Go ahead and start learning about your meal plan, choosing your first roommate, and exploring W&M's unique vocabulary right away! The more you do now, the more time you'll have to explore Williamsburg and the William & Mary campus during New Student Orientation.
