Track Official Transcript Requests through Clearinghouse

Transcripts can be ordered online 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse. Electronic delivery is the preferred delivery method if at all possible for your request. If you have questions about your transcript request, please contact transcripts@wm.edu.

The transcript is the complete record of all academic work attempted at William & Mary, regardless of degree-seeking status or program level. The university does not provide official transcripts that segregate individual courses, schools, terms or levels.

Requests for transcripts are typically processed within two business days (delivery time may vary for mailed transcripts). Additional time is required for requests of student records prior to Fall 2003 and for requests made at the end of the semester.
