Cancel a Reservation in EMS
- Login to EMS at reservations.wm.edu. Instructions for logging in.
- Hover over the Reservations tab to reveal a drop-down menu.
- Select View My Requests to display your current reservations.
- In the Name column, select the reservation you would like to cancel.
- To the left of the reservation, click the red "X".
- Select a Cancellation Reason. Notes are not required.
- Click Cancel Booking.
- You will receive a notification that the booking was canceled and it will be noted under the Status column of the reservation.
- Under the My Account tab, Log Out of the system.
