Biography
Moritz is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Security and Foreign Policy at William & Mary’s Global Research Institute as well as an Affiliate Scholar with the Nanovic Institute for European Studies at the University of Notre Dame.
Moritz conducts research at the intersection of IR theory and international security. While at W&M, he is working towards the completion of his first book, which investigates the nature and role of power vacuums in great power politics.
