About Charlie

Charlie joined the Student Leadership Development staff at William & Mary in June 2023. Before coming to W&M, he earned his Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration at Elon University in May 2023. While at Elon, he worked in the Student Involvement office, supporting the creation of student organizations, supervising a peer mentor team, advising the Interfraternity Council, and providing support to the entire fraternity and sorority community. Charlie received his Bachelor of Arts in History in 2021 at Valparaiso University, where he joined the Indiana Zeta chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon in January 2018. In his free time, Charlie likes to explore outside, watch movies, play board games and trivia, and drink local coffee.
