Financial Responsibility Agreement
Federal laws require financial institutions, including college and university financial departments, to be transparent with their policies, procedures, and requirements. Our main goal is to help students understand their education costs and financial responsibilities within W&M's financial protocols. This commitment to transparency ensures that students are well-informed about their financial responsibilities, fostering a sense of clarity and accountability.
For this reason, all W&M students are required to accept the Financial Responsibility Agreement (FRA) annually. Signing this agreement acknowledges your financial obligations related to enrolling in classes and your understanding of the potential consequences that may result from failing to meet those obligations.
If you do not sign your agreement, your access to W&M services will be restricted, class registration will be prevented, and an administrative hold will be imposed on your student account.
