Paige is the Operations and Fiscal Coordinator at the Entrepreneurship Hub, where she manages daily operations, financial oversight, and their impact on strategic initiatives. Her responsibilities include budgeting, procurement, asset management, and creating operational policies to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency. She plays a vital role in fostering entrepreneurial thinking and supporting the Hub’s mission to inspire innovation locally and globally.

Before joining William & Mary, Paige served as Risk Manager and Trust and Safety Director at Bonfire inc. and Financial Administrative Assistant at RISE Resilience Innovations. In these roles, she developed and implemented robust risk mitigation and financial management strategies while also ensuring organizational integrity and user safety. Her expertise in process improvement, policy development, and operational leadership positioned her as a trusted advisor and leader in these organizations.

Paige holds a Bachelors in Religious Studies, with a minor in Psychology, from VCU equipping her with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, cultural sensitivity, and ethical decision-making. She combines this educational background with hands-on experience to drive efficiencies and deliver impactful results.
