On March 21, Ernst & Young Americas Director of Inclusiveness Recruiting, Ken Bouyer
and members of his team sponsored a day-long visit at the Mason School of Business. The focus of the event was “Building a Better Working World through Diversity & Inclusiveness.” The day kicked off with a panel on “Developing high performance teams for the Marketplace” which included panelists: Ken Bouyer, Andrea Hill, and Chon Glover. It was moderated by Vernon Hurte. The Ernst & Young team then met with campus-wide faculty, President Reveley, and Dean Pulley. The day concluded with a campus-wide presentation by Ken Bouyer, and dinner. The student participants found all of the advice very helpful and took time to speak individually with the EY representatives after each session.
