On April 8, the Office of Diversity & Equal Opportunity in collaboration with the Provost, W.I.S.E., and Human Resources, sponsored a training on Implicit and Unconscious Bias in hiring and evaluation. The Cornell Interactive Theatre Group from Cornell University facilitated the two sessions.
