Georgia Freyer '26
Georgia Freyer is a rising junior from Richmond, Virginia studying Government and History. She is a research assistant for the People's Power Data Project investigating democratic protest in Latin America. Outside of class, she is proud to serve as the marketing chair for William and Mary Moot Court and director of academics for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity For Women. In her free time, Georgia enjoys taking long walks, knitting, and watching old Hollywood movies with her close friends.
Rosetta Li '26
Rosetta Li is in the Class of 2026 at William & Mary, studying government and economics. Academically, she enjoys studying American legal processes and the economic analysis of policies. At the same time, she is also interested in American politics. She works at the Global Research Institute as a research assistant for Dr. Park. Outside of classes, she serves as the communication chair of a student-run wargaming club. She also serves as the Director of Archives at Delta Gamma Sorority. She enjoys reading and traveling. She is excited to engage with policymakers in Washington and learn from the hands-on experience in the DC Summer Institute Program.
Katherine Moser '25
Kat is currently a junior at William & Mary from Richmond, Virginia studying Government and Accounting on a Pre-Law track. On campus, Kat currently serves as the vice president of finance and a team captain for William & Mary’s nationally competitive collegiate mock trial team as well as the social media director for the Residence Hall Association. She is also an active member of Women in Business, where she participates in various professional development workshops with her peers. Kat has always been passionate about advocacy and justice for as long as she can remember. Outside of the classroom, she loves reading mystery novels, listening to NPR’s podcasts, spontaneous shopping trips, and traveling every chance she has. She is eager to spend the summer in Washington D.C. working and learning with her peers with DCSI. Kat is incredibly excited to participate in the Online Citizenship Institute in particular and learn more about the intersections of media, tech, and politics - all while living in one of her favorite cities.
Kirabel Mulatu '26
Kirubel Mulatu is a sophomore majoring in Government and Marketing, passionate about exploring the intersection of these fields. With a solid foundation in government and a keen understanding of marketing, he approaches studies with curiosity. Kirubel, who enjoys solving problems, currently works as a financial assistant at William and Mary Athletics. Committed to making a positive impact through political discourse and creative marketing strategies, he looks forward to contributing his problem-solving skills and leaving a lasting mark on the dynamic worlds of government and marketing.
