I am a parent/family member, but I am not authorized to see any pages when I log into my account.
Your student needs to go into the Authorization Tab in Parent Proxy and click the boxes next to the pages they want to display in your account.
Why can't my student use the same email address for multiple proxies?
The unique identifier for the proxy in Parent Proxy Access is the proxy's email address. An email address can only be associated with one person.
I cannot remember my PIN. How can I reset it?
You can easily change your PIN by clicking Parent Proxy Login and selecting the "Forgot Pin" icon. An email will be sent to your email address with a temporary link and temporary PIN (Action Password). You will use your temporary PIN (Action Password) as the "Old PIN" in the PIN reset process.
I have been prompted to enter a William & Mary ID & password. How can I solve this?
This occurs when you are using Internet Explorer to try to access Parent Proxy, as Parent Proxy is not compatible with older versions of Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer 11 has not shown to demonstrate any issues, but you may experience additional problems associated with IE.
