Registration Information
Space is limited to 100 participants. The registration fee includes lunch.
Registration for the 2025 Active Citizens Conference is $35 with the following exceptions:
- Registration is free for the first 15 W&M students who register (Use code ACC25)
- Registration is reduced to $20 for all community-college students (Use code $20ACC)
- Each institution with an accepted workshop will receive one free registration
Payment
Registration is now accepted by credit card at Civic & Community Engagement TouchNet Store. You will be prompted to enter the name, email, role (student, fac/staff, community member) and dietary needs of each registrant.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
No cancellation refunds will be honored after February 5, 2025 at 5pm. Attendee substitutions can be made by February 14 by emailing [[gmstemann, Genevieve Stemann]].
In the unlikely event that this program is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will not refund registration fees and cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
