Parking and driving privately owned and delivery vehicles on the Housing Complex service lanes puts pedestrians in the area at risk for serious injury.

To All Residents of Campus Housing Complexes:
This is a reminder that the service drives located around and in the interior of the complexes are for Service Vehicles only. Due to an increase in student and delivery vehicles, both Parking Services and W & M Police Department will be ticketing resident and delivery vehicles that are parked illegally inside the complex. Vehicles parked illegally on either the service drives or on the grass will result in a $60.00 fine. When accepting food deliveries, plan on meeting the delivery vehicles curbside or in nearby parking lots.
