Motorist Assistance Program (MAP)
As a service to members of the William & Mary community, the Parking Services Office operates an on-campus Motorist Assistance Program (MAP) that provides the following services:
- jump starts
- assistance with keys locked in vehicles
- access to an air pump
- gas can and transportation to the nearest gas station, if needed
COVID-19: During this time, please email vkradcliffe@wm.edu or blmahar@wm.edu as staff are primarily working remotely. Call 221-4764 and assistance will be provided as soon as possible. This service is available 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, except school closures and/or holidays.
For the safety of Parking Services personnel, and to prevent damage to your vehicle, the Motorist Assistance Program may not be available for all makes and models, and certain services may be limited during inclement weather when lightning is present. Members of the motorist assistance team will work as hard as they can to ensure you have the assistance you need if your vehicle needs help!
