About the Program
The goal of public health is to protect, preserve and promote the health of communities and populations. You will learn about the complex relationships between disease processes and the social detriments of health. Every public health student begins their studies with an introduction to public health and epidemiology. After that, you can choose between the six different tracks within the public health minor to match your career goals.

The Exodus Project
Work with international stakeholders to develop solutions to challenges faced during displacement crises.

Student Activities
Meet peers in groups such as the Public Health Club, United Against Inequities in Disease or the Student Organization for Medical Outreach & Sustainability.
Alumni Highlight
Lucy Greenman '22 competed in the Jeopardy! National College Championship during her senior year where she came in 2nd place during the quarterfinals. She graduated with a self-designed major in health analytics where she combined public health, biology, data science, economics and public policy.
