Study Abroad
If you wish to count language classes taken abroad toward satisfying W&M's foreign language requirement, you must pass a placement test with a grade of 75 or above upon your return (post-approval).
The Italian Studies program does not offer pre-approval. Post-approved credits will transfer as elective credits in Italian (at the 100, 200, or 300 level).
If you are pursuing a minor in Italian and would like to complete some of these credits abroad, see the Italian Studies Program Director for information on classes and programs.
For more information on study abroad programs offered through William & Mary, visit the Reves Center website. For advice on which programs will satisfy credits in Italian Studies, please contact [[sferrarese, Professor Ferrarese]].
