Thought provoking research from Government faculty, Phil Roessler, working with two former students- now his co-authors. They helped Roessler craft, "The Cash Crop Revolution, Colonialism and Legacies of Spatial Inequality: Evidence from Africa." This study was published last week by the Centre for the Study of African Economies, a research center at Oxford University in the UK. Read this example of W&M student-faculty research at its best, benefiting global economies and encouraging sustainability. Thanks to funding from the W&M's own Global Research Institute & Center for Geospatial Analysis.
