Pay Your Deposit Online
First Things First
Have you activated your W&M Username? If not, follow the instructions to activate your W&M account.
Things to Know Before You Start
You will be able to pay your deposit online by credit card, or by electronic check.
If you pay by credit card:
- There is an additional 2.85% fee charged.
- American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted.
- You will receive an initial email immediately following the completion of your online transaction (this email will be sent to the email address you provide during the online transaction and will be sent from our online payment service).
- A second email confirmation will come within 1-2 business days from W&M to your application email address. This will confirm receipt of your deposit and will provide instructions for activating your email account.
If you pay by electronic check:
- You will receive an initial email immediately following the completion of your online transaction (this email will be sent to the email address you provide during the online transaction and will be sent from our online payment service).
- A second email confirmation will come within 1-2 business days from W&M to your application email address. This will confirm receipt of your deposit and will provide instructions for activating your email account.
Let's Get Started
- Click the Pay Your Deposit button below.
- Sign in using your W&M Username that you activated on the Active page. It is usually your first and middle initial and your last name plus @wm.edu - example: Griff the Griffin - gtgriffin@wm.edu.
- Select the term for which you are applying - Spring 2025 (Beginning in January 2025) or Fall 2025 (Beginning in August 2025).
- Select the deposit appropriate to you - First-Year deposits are $350 and Transfer deposits are $150.
