The university’s investment in scholarship support grows every year, and the amount of need-based financial aid offered has doubled over the past decade. The Financial Aid Office provides detailed instructions on the application process.

$55 million in grants and scholarships distributed annually

Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to receive federal aid and the CSS Profile to receive any additional financial aid.

Need-Based Financial Aid

All available aid resources (scholarships, grants, loans and federal work-study) are considered to meet as much student need as possible.

Merit-Based Awards

All first-year applicants are automatically considered for three merit-based awards. Students can also apply for additional scholarship opportunities.
