The Piazza is located on the west front of the Sir Christopher Wren Building overlooking the Courtyard and Sunken Garden. The Piazza may be booked for student and university-sponsored events. The Piazza serves as a primary point of entry to the building; therefore, it may only be reserved for events after 5:00pm.

Booking the Piazza for an event in which food/beverages are served will incur a usage fee.
The sponsoring organization will be financially responsible for all costs related to setting up/tearing down furniture.
