Great universities thrive with great minds and big ideas.
In the fall, Dean A. Benjamin Spencer welcomed a new class to William & Mary Law School and emphasized the value of a robust marketplace of ideas where students meet competing concepts head on, tackle difficult topics and problems and are strengthened by differing viewpoints. Dean Spencer's words are worth noting as students at all levels of university life learn to think critically and for themselves as they embark on their journeys to becoming informed citizens and future leaders.
