More than 700 data points were gathered from the William & Mary community in the initial strategic listening phase, which is currently being played back to participants in order to affirm emerging themes, identify what might have been missed and gain deeper insights. Concurrent with an effort to educate and inform campus constituents on the university’s financial model, this playback phase will continue in late spring with a more formalized strategic planning process expected to commence by the end of the academic year.
